• All payments must be made in full prior to the start of any item(s).
• All custom orders are non-refundable.
• We do not offer refunds, however we will consider exchanges in the same item(s) and color.
• Prices vary due to size, detail of design, materials used & availability of materials.
• Please allow 7-14 business days for completion of item(s) after payment has been received.
*Rush orders are not available at this time.
•Payment includes 2 mock designs. If any additional revisions are needed, they will be done so at an additional cost. Please note that most projects are able to be completed within the 2-mock design limit.
• All items are handmade to order. Please note because of this, placement & colors from pictures on electronic devices may vary slightly.
• Krafty Kreations by Shonte Marie reserves the right to photograph any and all products & use photographs in social media & advertising.

Exchange Policy
How It Works
Thank you for shopping with us. We greatly appreciate your business. Because we offer handmade items we do not offer refunds. We will consider exchanges on unworn, unused items, buyer is responsible for any and all cost associated with exchanges including but not limited to shipping cost.
